If you bake a great sponge but you're never confident in decorating it, this class will teach you the bedrocks of cake decorating so you can make your own beautifully presented celebration cakes. Learn how to trim and fill an 8" sponge cake with buttercream, cover it with ganache and then fondant for crisp, sharp edges and a smooth finish. We will then decorate our cakes simply so you can take home a finished creation.
The class will take place at my home in Long Lee and refreshments are provided but lunch is not so please bring some lunch. The class may overrun slightly but we will aim to keep to time.
If you can bring your own two layer 8" sponge cake the price is £110.00. If you wish me to provide your cake the cost is £120.00 (please select your option when adding to cart).
